Obituary of Sherry Renae Kemp

Ms. Sherry Renae Kemp, 41, of Pell City, Alabama passed away on May 13, 2018 in Birmingham.

Ms. Kemp was an advocate who worked against drunk and impaired driving. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kristan Hope Cox.

She is survived by her parents, John and Renee Lehr; brother, Jeffrey Lehr; fiance', Jason Ponder; children-in-love, Alicia Parker, Jimmy Brock and Markia Lindsey; and a multitude of family and friends.

A Celebration of Life for Ms. Kemp will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday May 16, 2018 at Usrey Funeral Home, Pell City, with the Rev. Doug Ford, Chaplain Jeff Stewart and Chaplain Rodney Gardner. Interment will follow at Providence Baptist Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 15, 2018, from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
