Mr. Frank James Berning, 82, of Pell City, Alabama, passed away on Sunday, August 20, 2023.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Joseph Berning and Jean Kroger Berning.
He is survived by daughters, Linda Moore (John) and Vickie Kearns (Greg); son, Jimmy Berning (Stephanie); grandchildren, Allison Ferrer (Bryan), Brian Moore, TJ Kearns, Jimmy Kearns, and Elizabeth Berning; and great-grandchild, Emmett Ferrer.
The family will receive friends from 4:30 pm until 6:00 pm on Thursday, August 24, 2023, at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City.
The memorial service will be held at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City at 6:00 pm on Thursday, August 24, 2023, with Father Bill Lucas officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations in Frank’s honor be made to Good Works Charitable Foundation, 200 KOA Road, Riverside, Alabama 35135.
