Mr. Lamar "Biddie" Horsley, 81, of Odenville, passed away on Friday, February 2, 2024. He was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte Horsley; parents, Garvin and Cordie Horsley; sister, Virginia "Gent" Harris; brothers, Sonny Horsley, Hoyt Horsley, and Duke Horsley; and great-great-grandchild, Lilah Rose Gowers. He is survived by his daughter, Lisa Horsley (Larry); sons, Phillip Horsley (Shirley), David Horsley (Teresa), and Jimmy Horsley (Jackie); grandchildren, Eddie, Chris, Nathan, Blake, Bridgett, Bubba, Heather, Dakota, Ryan, April, Autumn, Colton, Zach, Josh, Anna, Jordyn, and Justin; thirty-five great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Betty, Brenda, Donnie, and Sharon; brother, Jerry; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Usrey Funeral Home - Pell City from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, February 5, 2024. The funeral ceremony will be held at Usrey Funeral Home - Pell City at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, with Rev. James Eason officiating. Interment will follow at St. Clair Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (www.stjude.org). Condolences may be offered online at www.usreyfuneralhome.com. Usrey Funeral Home, Pell City, is in charge of arrangements.
