He is forever in the hearts of his parents, Emma Best and Payne Smith; grandparents, Brandon and Michelle Best and Hale and Lynn Smith; aunt, Hannah Best; and uncle, Ness Smith.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City, with interment following at St. Clair Memorial Gardens.
