Mrs. Virginia "Ginger" Elizabeth Orr, 74, of Pell City, passed away on Sunday, February 18, 2024.
Mrs. Orr is survived by her husband, Raymond “Dale” Orr; daughters, Wendy Callahan (David) and Chloe Orr; son, Jason Orr; grandchildren, Jacob Callahan (Sydney) and Tori Callahan; great-grandchildren, Braden Callahan and Cooper Callahan; best friend, Evelyn Bento; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mason and Malissa Tollison; brothers, LJ Tollison and LE Tollison; sisters, Helen Glenn, Dorothy Vick, Hazel Castleberry, and Ann Bowman; and half-sisters, Willie Mae Hannah and Beulah Horsley.
The family will receive friends at Friendship Freewill Baptist Church from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at Friendship Freewill Baptist Church with Bro. D.J. Wyatt officiating, followed by interment at Seddon Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jacob Callahan, Brian Savage, Kenneth Castleberry, Chris Moore, Kenneth Nock, and Hunter Bento.
Honorary pallbearers are David Callahan and Jason Orr.
