Obituary of Sherry Ann Elkins

Sherry Ann Elkins, 68, of Talladega, AL passed away at her home on Monday, February 19, 2024. A memorial service will be held in her honor at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 29, 2024 at Usrey Funeral Home of Talladega. Her family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service. Mrs. Elkins was a native and lifelong resident of Talladega and retired from the Pell City Fire Department. She was a loving mother and a kind soul. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Lillie Akery, and daughter, Sonny Elkins. Mrs. Elkins is survived by her son, Jonathan Smith; daughter, Ashley Elkins, and grandchildren, Sydney Elkins, Braxton Elkins, Skyler Elkins, Lily Smith, and Van Smith.
